01 — Building it
The journey to Redshop started in early 2021, when Tarek and I were building our first startup, Vetta. In late 2022, we founded Redshop.
I was hybrid through my summers in Bangladesh, and this is what those months looked like.
02 — The product
Redshop helped merchants create online stores and manage their sales by integrating with Bangladesh's fragmented ecommerce ecosystem.
When it was just the two of us, we designed the first MVP ourselves — sketching flows, building the dashboard, and shipping the earliest version for merchants.

Later on the dashboard got cleaner and much deeper.
